Heartland Plastic Surgery participates in the Alle Rewards Program by Allergan®. This program allows you to earn points after you have received Botox®, Juvederm® or Kybella injectable treatments, fulfilled a Latisse®, prescription, purchased Skin Medica skin care products, completed a Coolsculpting procedure, or purchased Natrelle Gel implants.  Your points are then redeemable on future savings.

How do I register for the program?

Simply visit the Alle website and follow the instructions to register. *You can also register using the Alle Mobile App for iphone. Please note that this program is not managed by Heartland Plastic Surgery. We simply offer it as a benefit to our patients. If there are questions with your account, please contact Alle at 1-888-912-1572.

What do I have to do to earn points?

To begin earning points with each Botox®, Juvederm® XC, Latisse®, Coolsculpting® and SkinMedica® purchase, simply register on the Alle website. Once you are registered, notify our staff that you are a participant. We will then bank your points each time you have a treatment in our office.

How many points do I need to be able to print a coupon?

You can print a coupon after you’ve earned 10 points (and can do so for every subsequent 10 points). Every 10 points you earn is worth $10 off your treatment total.

Discounts are applied using your Alle wallet. This is a digital coupon that you can use to receive your discounts when you checkout for your Allergan procedure. This replaces the necessity to print coupons ahead of your appointment. Instead, your provider will connect digitally with your Alle wallet to apply your discount.

Do I have to do anything after the treatment?

No, just let us know you are a member and we will ensure that your points are deposited into your account within 24 hours.

Do the points expire?

Yes, points will expire nine months from the date issued. Please check your emails from Brilliant Distinctions®, as they will send reminders when the expiration date is approaching.
