Your monthly $99 Perks deposit will be automatically charged to your card on file and deposited into your account at Heartland Plastic Surgery + MedSpa. It will cover one of the following monthly treatments below OR you can allow your account to accrue your monthly Perks Dollars that can be used as a treatment savings account to put towards other products and services with us! Your Perks Dollars are yours to spend within our practice however you choose.
