Heartland Plastic Surgery & The MedSpa participates in the Alle Rewards Program by Allergan® aesthetics. This program allows you to earn points after receiving Botox®, Juvederm®, or Kybella injectable treatments, fulfilling a Latisse® prescription, purchasing Skin Medica skin care products, completing a Coolsculpting procedure, undergoing a DiamondGlow Facial Treatment, a SkinMedica chemical peel, or purchasing Natrelle Gel implants. You can redeem points on future savings or the annual savings events.

- The points you accumulate can be redeemed for dollars off select Allergan products and aesthetic treatments, including Botox®, Juvederm® XC, DiamondGlow, Latisse®, and SkinMedica® skin care products.
- There will be ongoing opportunities for other valuable rewards, including donating points to charity.
Manage your account activity online or via the Alle Mobile App. - As an Alle member, you’ll receive a monthly eNewsletter full of useful information, including Alle points, ideas, and articles.
How do I register for the program?
Visit the Alle website and follow the instructions to register for an Alle account. *You can also register using the Alle Mobile App for iPhone. Please note that this program is not managed by Heartland Plastic Surgery & The MedSpa. We simply offer it as a benefit to our patients. If you have questions about your account, don’t hesitate to contact an Alle provider at 1-888-912-1572.
What do I have to do to earn points?
Register on the Alle website to begin earning points with each Botox®, Juvederm® XC, Latisse®, Coolsculpting®, and SkinMedica® purchase. Once you are registered, notify our staff that you are a participant. We will then bank your points each time you have a treatment in our office.
How many Alle points do I need to be able to redeem a coupon?
You can redeem a coupon after you’ve earned 100 points (and can do so for every subsequent 100 points). Every 100 points you earn is worth $10 off your treatment total.
How do I Use the Allē Rewards Program For My Treatments?
Discounts are applied using your Allē wallet. This is a digital coupon that you can use to receive your discounts when you checkout for your Allergan treatments. Your provider will connect digitally with your Alle wallet to apply your discount towards your favorite aesthetic treatments.
Do I have to do anything after the treatment?
No, just let us know you are a member and we will ensure that your points are deposited into your account within 24 hours.
Do the points expire?
Yes, points will expire twelve months from the date issued. Please check your emails from Alle, as they will send reminders when the expiration date is approaching.
