Cosmetic Consultation Booking Fee

To provide every patient with a personalized cosmetic consultation experience, a $100 consultation booking fee is required to reserve your dedicated appointment with Dr. Stewart Humphrey for any cosmetic surgery consultation.

Should you need to reschedule, your booking fee will be happily transferred to a future consultation, provided we receive at least one week’s notice. The consultation booking fee is non-refundable and is collected exclusively to reserve your dedicated consultation time with

Dr. Humphrey. As such, it is not applied toward surgical procedures, treatments, products, or other services provided by Heartland Plastic Surgery + MedSpa.

This reservation policy allows us to provide every patient with the personalized attention, uninterrupted time, and exceptional experience that define our practice. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you.

MedSpa No Show/Cancellation Policy and Fee

At Heartland Plastic Surgery + MedSpa, every appointment is thoughtfully reserved to provide you with a personalized, uninterrupted experience. To ensure availability for all of our guests and to honor the dedicated time of our providers, a valid credit card is required to be securely maintained on file when scheduling MedSpa services.

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide advance notice. Appointments that are missed without notice (no-shows) or cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a $50 fee, which will be automatically charged to the card on file.

This fee is not applied toward future treatments or services and is assessed solely to offset the reserved appointment time that could not be offered to another patient.

We understand that unexpected circumstances may occasionally arise and appreciate your understanding of this policy, which allows us to continue providing the elevated level of service, individualized care, and appointment availability our patients have come to expect.

By scheduling and receiving services at Heartland Plastic Surgery + MedSpa, I acknowledge that I have read and understand the Medical Spa Appointment Reservation Policy. I authorize Heartland Plastic Surgery + MedSpa to securely maintain my credit card on file and understand that, in the event of a no-show or a cancellation made with less than 48 hours’ notice, the $50 reservation fee will be automatically charged to the card on file.

Interstate 55 South Bound

From Interstate 55 South, take Exit 96 toward Cape Girardeau. Turn left onto William Street. Head east approximately .7 miles. Turn right at fifth traffic light onto Silver Springs Road (between Toys-R-Us and West Park Mall). HPHS is the second building on the right, connected with Silver Springs Surgery Center. The office entrance is located on the right side, Suite C.

After crossing the Illinois Bridge you will go to the fifth traffic light and make a right onto Silver Springs Road. You will come to a traffic light, continue straight. HPHS is the second building on the left, connected with Silver Springs Surgery Center. The office entrance is located on the right side, Suite C.
