VECTRA 3D Camera

Heartland Plastic & Hand Surgery uses the VECTRA 3D Camera to instantly capture 3D images of the face, neck and decolletage of patients from Cape Girardeau, Jackson, Sikeston and surrounding areas

What is the VECTRA 3D Camera?

The VECTRA 3D Camera, developed by Canfield Imaging Systems, helps patients visualize the body changes that result from breast augmentation, breast lifts, breast reduction, breast reconstruction, gynecomastia surgery (male breast reduction), facelifts and rhinoplasty. The VECTRA 3D Camera takes several photos of your body and combines the images to create a three-dimensional model. Your plastic surgeon uses the Sculptor 3D Software to simulate how you will look after your plastic surgery procedure.

Is the VECTRA 3D Camera Right for Me?

Making changes to your body is both an exciting and intimidating experience, especially if you are undergoing your first cosmetic surgery procedure. Women who are considering breast augmentation, or breast enlargement, typically want to enhance their appearances, yet do not want to have breasts that are too large for their frames. The VECTRA 3D Camera helps you see what your body will look like after your breast augmentation procedure. The three-dimensional image can be rotated so that you can see your profile, as well as how you will look from the front. Because you are able to see the outcome of the procedure in detail, you feel more confident about your decisions and your treatment plan.

How is the VECTRA 3D Camera Used?

Using the VECTRA 3D Camera is a painless and simple process. The technology behind the VECTRA 3D Camera is also very safe. In a private room, you undress from the waist up. The VECTRA 3D Camera then takes a series of photographs. Your plastic surgeon uses Sculptor 3D Software to combine the photographs into a visual three-dimensional model. The software manipulates the model to simulate various changes to your breast size. Once you are satisfied with the appearance, your plastic surgeon uses information from the software to develop your surgical plan.

What Can I Expect from Using the VECTRA 3D Camera?

The VECTRA 3D Camera provides you with peace of mind, knowing that you have made informed decisions about your breast augmentation procedure.

How Much Does Using the VECTRA 3D Camera Cost?

There is no extra charge for use of the VECTRA 3D Camera. It is included in the price of your consultation.
